**Job Title: Final Assembler**
**Job Description**
As a Final Assembler, you will skillfully and accurately assemble components into a final product by adhering to detailed work instructions and blueprints.
**Responsibilities**
+ Fit cable harnesses, circuit cards, and components into chassis neatly and within specified tolerances.
+ Complete discreet wiring into chassis by soldering and lugging.
+ Utilize correct torqueing tools and apply the correct torque during assembly.
+ Mix, weigh, and apply appropriate bonding chemicals to electronic components.
+ Maintain J-Standard certifications.
+ Utilize computer systems to access and input data on the ERP system, Quality system, and other manufacturing software.
+ Perform other tasks and duties as assigned to support business goals and objectives.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in assembly, mechanical assembly, and electrical work.
+ Ability to read and comprehend work and process instructions, wire diagrams, and standard measurements.
+ Fine manual dexterity.
+ Ability to operate various machines and hand tools.
+ High attention to detail.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Ability to work independently and as a team player within a small team.
+ Enjoyment of repetitive and routine work.

**Work Environment**
Work in a very technical, clean room type atmosphere with close tolerances and a high requirement for accuracy and quality. The role involves 1st shift work in Lititz, ensuring a pleasant and structured work environment.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
