### Job Duties Essential Job Duties • Learn manufacturing processes, visions, ideas and implementation • Research and design new and more efficient ways of manufacturing flex circuits in house. Conduct tests for problem solving as needed. Resolve problems, processes, drawings, design specifications, materials, quality etc, using personal knowledge and internal resources available. • Make appropriate contact with customers on issues of workability, quality or design in coordination with set-up engineering. Respect the confidentiality of company and customer information. • Resolve issues as presented whether process or design using tact and good judgment and coordinates between other areas of the company to facilitate resolution. • Responsible for becoming familiar with all automated pieces of equipment.
