**Electronic Board Repair Technician – 1st Shift** Join our team! You’ll diagnose, repair, and test electronic circuit boards to ensure top performance. Hands-on work with PCBs, component-level troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance are key parts of the role. **Responsibilities:** + Diagnose and repair PCBs (soldering, replacing, reworking components) + Use oscilloscopes, multimeters, and diagnostic tools + Read schematics and wiring diagrams + Test, calibrate, and document repairs + Collaborate with engineering/QA teams and follow safety/ESD protocols **Qualifications:** + HS diploma required; electronics degree/certification preferred + 2+ years board-level repair experience + Skilled in soldering, rework, and diagnostic equipment + Knowledge of SMT and through-hole components + Strong problem-solving, detail orientation, and teamwork skills Have your resume ready and call us at the Dixon Manpower at 815-288-7800!
