**Electronic/Mechanical Assembler** 📍 Fort Collins, CO | 💼 Temp-to-Hire | 💲 $20–$25/hr | ⏰ 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM **About the Role** We’re seeking a detail-oriented **Electronic/Mechanical Assembler** to join our team in Fort Collins. This role involves hands-on assembly, repair, and testing of electronic and mechanical components. Ideal candidates will have strong technical skills, precision, and a commitment to quality. **Key Responsibilities** + Perform mechanical repairs and assembly operations on RMA units + Operate torque drivers, soldering irons, hand tools, hydraulic presses, ovens, lifting systems, and chemical baths + Accurately document repair activities, test results, and inspection findings + Perform First Article and incoming inspection of PCBA and machined parts (preferred) + Maintain tools, equipment, and a safe, organized workspace **Qualifications** + High school diploma or equivalent (required) + Previous experience in electro/mechanical assembly + Strong soldering skills (preferred) + Familiarity with ERP systems and computer applications + Knowledge of First Article inspection and incoming inspection practices a plus **What We Offer** + Competitive pay: $20–$25 per hour + Steady day shift schedule (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) + Temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential ManpowerGroup is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in a professional, high quality work environment.
