Our client, an industry leader in electronics manufacturing, is seeking an Electronic Assembler Technician to join their team. As an Electronic Assembler Technician, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Electronic Assembler Technician
**Location: Richardson, TX**
**Pay Range:** $20
**Shift:** B Shift: Sun-Tue (every other Sat) Sat: 7:00pm-7:00am
**What's the Job?**
+ Operate multiple component assembly tools to support production processes
+ Use microscopes for monitoring and inspecting in-process production
+ Handle small parts with manual dexterity and precision
+ Utilize chemical hoods for cleaning and preparing products and tooling
+ Perform inspections and measurements using a nano spec to ensure etch accuracy
**What's Needed?**
+ High School diploma or GED
+ Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in electronics assembly or manufacturing
+ Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal
+ Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
+ Ability to work collaboratively with team members and support continuous improvement initiatives
