**Job Title: Assembler** Job Description As an assembler, you will support production manufacturing to meet customer deadlines by applying job skills and company policies to complete various tasks. You will acquire a working knowledge of product flow and the impact of quality while working on routine assignments. This position requires a working knowledge of production standards and goals, and you may assist in cross-training focus factory members as instructed. You will receive general instructions on routine work and detailed instructions on new assignments, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures. Responsibilities + Read and follow instructions for specific jobs each day. + Perform in-house quality checks and document any defective parts. + Utilize basic hand tools such as flat head screwdrivers, torque wrenches, and Phillips screwdrivers. + Operate within established company policies and procedures. + Assist in cross-training focus factory members as instructed. + Sit or stand at workstations based on the job requirements, with specific lines requiring standing. Essential Skills + At least 6 months of manufacturing experience. + Proficiency with basic hand and power tools. + Ability to read and write effectively. + Experience in production and assembly environments. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Mechanically inclined, preferably with a manufacturing. + Ability to sit and/or stand for the duration of the shift. + Ability to frequently reach at waist level and occasionally above head. + Ability to carry up to 10lbs and lift up to 45lbs. + Capability to frequently push, pull, bend, kneel, and stoop.
