**Electronic Assembler** **Location:** Pittsburgh, PA **Shifts Available:** + **First:** 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM + **Second:** 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM + **Third:** 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM (Sun–Thu) **Why You’ll Love Working Here** + Long-term opportunities with a stable and respected company + Pathways to leadership and supervisory roles + Clean, organized, and modern facility + On-site gym and cafeteria available to contractors + Supportive management that invests in employee development + Casual dress code – just wear long pants and closed-toe shoes **What You’ll Do** + Assemble electronic parts and components by hand across multiple workstations + Read and follow blueprints to build custom control panels + Operate machines such as CMS Plotter, EZ Label, and PLS Web Printer + Perform final assembly and packaging of products + Record production data and complete quality documentation + Assist in other production areas and perform miscellaneous tasks as needed + Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE **Responsibilities** + Hand assembly of terminal blocks and associated hardware + Screening and separation of various parts + Maintain quality standards and ensure accurate documentation + Work in teams, small batch production, or flow lines + Focus on productivity and adherence to ISO specifications **Qualifications** + Experience assembling electronic parts and reading blueprints + Strong attention to detail and good math skills + Technical school education or secondary electronics training is a plus (not required) + High school diploma or GED **not required** + Ideal candidate: 2-year degree in electronics + industry experience + Average candidate: 1 year of experience in electronics industry **Work Environment** + Extremely clean and sterile production facility + Workstations organized in pods with large desks and specialized equipment + Facility includes production, warehouse, and corporate office **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Middletown, PA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.25 - $18.25/hr.
