**Job Title: Manual Assembler** **All Shifts Available** **Job Description** The Manual Assembler will be responsible for assembling custom control panels based on blueprints. This role involves assembling various electronic parts and pieces, requiring attention to detail, blueprint reading, and good math skills. The assembler will work at various stations within a custom panel department, ensuring the quality of their work. **Responsibilities** + Operate machines such as CMS Plotter, EZ Label, and PLS Web Printer. + Perform hand assembly of various products. + Conduct final assembly and packaging of various assemblies. + Screen and separate various parts. + Record assembly time data and complete associated routing, quality documents, and related forms. + Perform miscellaneous assigned tasks. + Assist in other production areas as needed. + Focus on increasing productivity in all activities. + Follow necessary PPE requirements, ISO specifications, and company procedures. **Essential Skills** + Experience in electronic or mechanical assembly preferred. + Ability to read blueprints preferred. + At least 1 year of experience in the electronics industry preferred. + PC skills, soldering, mechanical assembly, production, and wiring knowledge. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + A degree from a Technical School is a plus. + Secondary education in Electronics is desired but not required. + A 2-year degree in secondary education centered around Electronics is ideal. **Work Environment** The work environment is extremely clean and sterile, with work stations organized in pods. Each station is equipped with large desks and various equipment. The facility is large, housing over 50 employees, and is attached to a warehouse and corporate office, promoting interaction among staff. The dress code is casual, requiring long pants and closed-toe shoes. Shifts available are First (7am-3:30pm), Second (3pm-11:30pm), and Third (11pm-7:30am, Sunday through Thursday). **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Middletown, Pennsylvania. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.25 - $18.25/hr.
