**Electronic Assembler** 📍 _Fort Collins, CO_ | 💼 _Temp-to-Hire_ | 💲 _$20–$25/hr_ | ⏰ _7:00 AM – 3:30 PM_ **About the Role** We’re looking for an Electronic Assembler who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in doing things the right way. This role focuses on assembling, repairing, and testing electronic and mechanical components in a steady, supportive environment. **What You’ll Do** + Perform repairs and assembly work on RMA units + Use tools such as torque drivers, soldering irons, hand tools, hydraulic presses, ovens, and lifting systems + Record repair steps, test results, and inspection notes clearly and accurately + Assist with First Article and incoming inspections of PCBAs and machined parts (preferred) + Keep your workspace organized and help maintain equipment **What You Bring** + High school diploma or equivalent + Hands-on experience with electronic or mechanical assembly + Soldering skills (preferred) + Comfort using computers and ERP systems + Interest or experience in inspection practices is a plus **What You Can Expect** + Pay range of **$20–$25/hr** , depending on experience + Consistent **day shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM** + A **temp-to-hire** path offering stability and growth ManpowerGroup is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in a professional, high quality work environment.
