**Aviation Circuit Board Assembler** **Schedule Options:** + 1st Shift:6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Monday–Friday), with every other Friday off + 2nd Shift:2:30 PM – 12:30 AM (Monday–Friday), with every other Friday off + Workweek:9/80 schedule + Pay Range:$17–$25/hour (based on experience and skill level) **Position Overview:** We’re looking for a meticulous and skilled Electronic Assembler to join our aviation manufacturing team. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for assembling and soldering precision electronic components used in aerospace systems. If you have a steady hand, sharp eye for detail, and a passion for quality craftsmanship, we’d love to hear from you. **Key Duties & Responsibilities:** + Assemble and solder miniature electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) and wiring harnesses per technical drawings and specifications. + Perform fine-pitch soldering under a microscope using both leaded and lead-free solder. + Conduct visual inspections and functional tests to ensure assembly quality and performance. + Adhere to industry standards includingIPC-A-610andJ-STD-001for soldering and electronic assembly. + Accurately document work performed, materials used, and any deviations. + Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues. + Maintain compliance with safety protocols and cleanroom procedures. **What You Bring:** + Proven experience in electronic assembly, preferably in aerospace or high-reliability environments. + Strong soldering skills with the ability to work under magnification. + Familiarity with IPC and J-STD standards. + Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity. + Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $23.00/hr.
