**Job Title: Electronic Assembler - ALL Shifts**
**Job Description**
The Electronic Assembler role involves assembling various electronic parts and pieces, working at different workstations, and utilizing blueprints. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to read blueprints, and good math skills. The assembler will engage in the assembly of custom control panels, ensuring the quality of work while having the flexibility to work in teams, small batch production, or flow lines.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate machines such as CMS Plotter, EZ Label, and PLS Web Printer.
+ Perform hand assembly of various products.
+ Conduct final assembly and packaging of various assemblies.
+ Screen and separate various parts.
+ Record assembly time data and complete all associated routing, quality documents, and other related forms.
+ Perform miscellaneous assigned tasks.
+ Assist in other production areas as needed.
+ Focus on increasing productivity in all activities.
+ Follow necessary PPE requirements, appropriate ISO specifications, and company procedures.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience with electronic and mechanical assembly.
+ Ability to read blueprints.
+ 1+ year experience in the electronics industry.
+ PC skills, soldering, mechanical assembly, production, wiring, and use of hand tools.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Blueprint reading is preferred.
+ A degree from a Technical School is a plus but not required.
+ Any type of secondary education involving Electronics is desired but not required.
+ A 2-year degree in secondary education centered around Electronics is ideal.

**Work Environment**
The work environment is extremely clean and sterile, with workstations organized in 'pods' for various departments. Employees work at large desks equipped with various tools. The facility is large, with over 50 employees present at any time, and it includes a production facility, warehouse, and corporate office, encouraging interaction among different teams. The dress code is casual, requiring long pants and closed-toe shoes. Shifts available are: First - 7am-3:30pm, Second - 3pm-11:30pm, Third - 11pm-7:30am (Sun-Thur).
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Middletown, Pennsylvania.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $17.25 - $18.25/hr.
