**Job Title: Electronic Assembly Technician**
**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced Electronic Assembly Technician to join our dynamic production team in the assembly and fabrication of medical equipment. You will be an integral part of the team, contributing to the assembly of various product lines by reading blueprints and schematics and working with small tools and machinery. This role involves precise techniques, requiring the ability to work under a microscope or magnifying glass, and participation in the quality and final inspection processes.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assemble and fabricate medical equipment according to blueprints and schematics.
+ Utilize small tools and machinery to complete assembly tasks.
+ Perform assembly and mechanical assembly tasks with attention to detail.
+ Work under a microscope or magnifying glass to ensure precision.
+ Participate in the quality and final inspection processes.
+ Ensure compliance with ISO standards during assembly procedures.
**Essential Skills**
+ 3+ years of electronic assembly experience.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
+ Proficiency in using hand tools for assembly tasks.
+ Strong attention to detail and quality assurance skills.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ High school degree or equivalent.
+ 1-2 years of experience in a clean manufacturing environment or within medical device assembly.
+ Understanding of ISO standards is preferred.
+ Demonstrated self-starter and leadership qualities.

**Work Environment**
You will be working in a clean manufacturing environment, essential for producing medical field products. The production team is expanding to include over 10 members, offering opportunities for growth and collaboration. Typical working hours are 8 AM - 5 PM, with some flexibility.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Herndon, Virginia.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
