**Electromechanical Technician – Direct-Hire** Now hiring an **Electromechanical Technician** in **York, Maine!** This opportunity offers a **Monday–Friday day shift** with an **award-winning food brand** and **excellent benefits.** This position pays **$27-30 per hour** and is a **direct-hire** placement with our client. Apply today! **Typical daily duties:** • Performing preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment and maintaining accurate records • Inspecting equipment regularly to identify needed repairs and safety concerns • Training line operators on safety procedures like lock-out/tag-out • Recommending, evaluating, and installing new equipment or line improvements • Coordinating repairs with outside vendors and minimizing production downtime • Maintaining clean work areas, spare parts inventory, and responding to off-hours equipment issues **What we’re looking for:** • Graduate of technical or trade school • 5+ years of experience maintaining and repairing production equipment • Valid driver's license with no restrictions • Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and stand for extended periods • Maine boiler license (4th class or higher) preferred **To be considered for this Electromechanical Technician opening in York, please contact us using any of the methods below.
