**Job Title: Electromechanical Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Electromechanical Technician to perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on food processing machinery. The ideal candidate will work in a highly automated environment, ensuring systems operate in a safe and productive manner. The role is crucial in supporting continuous improvement and the reliability of equipment and building systems. **Responsibilities** + Repair and maintain electrical and process control systems in a highly automated food processing facility. + Troubleshoot 480V systems efficiently. + Install, repair, calibrate, and maintain instrumentation used in process controls, including analyzing systems, valves/actuators, and pneumatically controlled devices. + Determine causes for malfunctioning instruments and take appropriate actions to enhance system reliability. + Program and troubleshoot Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs). + Read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics. + Perform preventive maintenance on electrical equipment. + Adhere to all applicable good manufacturing practices (GMPs). + Assist in maintaining parts inventory. **Essential Skills** + Electrical troubleshooting (3+ years) + Experience with Allen Bradley PLC (3+ years) + Experience with Siemens, HMI, VFDs and related components (3+ years) + Mechanical, Hydraulics, Pneumatics **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Mechanical troubleshooting (2+ years) **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic team with direct hire opportunities and competitive compensation.
