Job Description
The Electromechanical Technician will be responsible for conducting electrical and mechanical maintenance on food processing machinery. This role involves ensuring the safe and productive operation of a highly automated facility dedicated to producing soy sauce and marinades globally.
ResponsibilitiesRepair and maintain electrical and process control systems in a highly automated food processing facility.Troubleshoot 480v systems effectively to ensure system reliability.Install, repair, calibrate, and maintain instrumentation used in process controls and pneumatically controlled devices.Determine causes for malfunctioning instruments and take appropriate action to improve system reliability.Program and troubleshoot Variable Frequency Drives (VFD).Read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics.Perform preventive maintenance on electrical equipment.Follow all applicable Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).Assist in the maintenance of parts inventory.Essential SkillsElectrical troubleshooting experience (3+ years).Experience with Allen Bradley PLC (3+ years).Experience with Siemens, Human-Machine Interface (HMI), VFDs, and related components (3+ years).Mechanical, hydraulics, and pneumatics knowledge.Additional Skills & QualificationsMechanical troubleshooting experience (2+ years).Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs (3+ years).Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The technician will work the first shift from Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. The work environment requires adherence to GMP, including wearing hair nets, beard nets, non-slip shoes, and safety glasses.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $66560.00 - $83200.00/yr.
-Full Benefits start 1st day of hire
-Raise every 6 months if they score higher than a 65% on their assessment (learning new machines)

-COLA raise every April (usually 2-3%)
