Electromechanical Assembly Technician

We are seeking a skilled **Electromechanical Assembly Technician** to join our medical device client’s team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing complex electromechanical systems. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and able to follow detailed instructions while working independently or as part of a team.
**Job Title:** Electromechanical Assembly Technician
**Location:** Chaska, MN
**Pay Rate:** 28-32hr
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Assemble and wire electrical control panels and related components.
+ Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings.
+ Perform mechanical and electrical assembly of systems and subassemblies.
+ Follow detailed work instructions and quality standards to ensure accuracy and compliance.
+ Inspect, troubleshoot, and test assemblies to ensure proper functionality.
+ Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to resolve technical issues.
+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
**Qualifications:**
+ Previous experience in electromechanical assembly, panel wiring, or related field preferred.
+ Strong ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
+ High mechanical aptitude with excellent problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification a plus
