As a **Mechanical Assembly & Integration Technician** for DXI 9000 machines, you'll work in a **clean, climate-controlled facility** , integrating sub-assemblies with precision and efficiency. **What You'll Do:** ✅ Assemble and integrate **DXI 9000 machine components** using tools like screwdrivers, pliers, torque wrenches, wire strippers, and drills ✅ Follow detailed **Standard Operating Procedures and** work instructions to ensure accuracy ✅ Perform meticulous **wiring of** 500+ cables and handle small parts making 900 connections requiring strong **hand dexterity** ✅ Align, calibrate, and test **machine functionality during** integration ✅ Maintain precise **record sand** execute work orders efficiently ✅ Uphold Good **Manufacturing Practices with** a commitment to quality **& safety** **What We're Looking For:** 🔹 **Mechanical assembly & integration experience** 🔹 Proficiency with hand **tools & power tools** 🔹 **Wiring & electronic assembly skills** 🔹 Ability to read **schematics and** follow detailed instructions 🔹 Strong attention **to detail & ability to work independently** **Requirements:** 📌 High school diploma or equivalent 📌 at least **1-2 years of experience in** a regulated industry (FDA, ISO, etc.) 📌 Strong hand dexterity for handling **small parts with precision** 📌 Proficiency with Microsoft **applications** 📌 Ability to lift up **to 30 lbs.
