**Job Title: Electromechanical Assembler** Job Description As a Mechanical Assembly & Integration Technician, you will play a pivotal role in the integration and mechanical assembly of cutting-edge diagnostic equipment used in hospitals across the United States. You will utilize precision tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, torque wrenches, wire strippers, and drills to efficiently integrate sub-assemblies into chassis. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, as you will follow Standard Operating Procedures with over 100 steps, ensuring seamless assembly and adherence to detailed work instructions. The modules you work on involve intricate wiring with over 500 cables and more than 900 connections, demanding strong hand dexterity and focus. Beyond assembly, you will be responsible for aligning, calibrating, and testing the functionality of the machines throughout the integration process. You will maintain precise records, execute work orders, and uphold Good Manufacturing Practices with a strong commitment to quality and safety. Responsibilities + Integrate and assemble sub-assemblies into chassis using precision tools. + Follow Standard Operating Procedures with over 100 steps to ensure accurate assembly. + Perform intricate wiring with over 500 cables and 900+ connections. + Align, calibrate, and test machine functionality during integration. + Maintain precise records and execute work orders efficiently. + Uphold Good Manufacturing Practices with a commitment to quality and safety. + Work independently, prioritize assignments effectively, and contribute to a collaborative team. Essential Skills + Mechanical Assembly + Electronic assembly + Integration + Wiring + Tubing + Machine building + Electrical assembly + Proficiency with hand tools and power tools + Ability to work independently + Schematic reading Additional Skills & Qualifications + High school diploma or equivalent required. + 0-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a regulated industry (e.g., FDA, ISO). + Strong hand dexterity and ability to handle small parts with precision. + Proficiency with Microsoft applications. + Experience with hand tools preferred. + Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and stand, bend, and reach for prolonged periods in a manufacturing environment. Work Environment This role is based in a clean, climate-controlled, and well-lit manufacturing environment. The position involves 80% standing at a workstation, 15% walking, and up to 5% sitting. Each individual is provided with their own workstation. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.70/hr.
