Job Title: Electromechanical Assembler

Job Description

Join our dynamic team in assisting with the mechanical and electrical builds of customer products within our new department, In Row Heat Exchange. This role requires a deep understanding of wiring schematics and diagrams, and involves tasks such as crimping, pulling, terminating, and installing components.

Responsibilities

Understand and interpret basic wiring schematics and diagrams for point-to-point wiring.Follow detailed written or verbal instructions, including visual aids and schematics.Perform real-time testing for point-to-point testing to ensure accurate wiring and no issues with wires or housing.

Essential Skills

1+ years of experience in electrical or electromechanical assembly.Proficiency in assembly, blueprint reading, mechanical, schematic interpretation, and use of hand and power tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in low voltage techs, mechanical assembly with wiring experience.Familiarity with industrial electricity or maintenance

Work Environment

The work environment is extremely clean and temperature controlled, with a focus on safety and efficiency. You will work in a stationary position within a cell unit, collaborating with a team of four technicians. Our assembly area is designed for concurrent production of five units per day. The department is expanding, with plans to significantly increase the headcount. Training will be fast-paced, favoring candidates with prior electrical wiring experience. The work schedule involves a 2nd shift from 3:30 PM to 12 AM, with an emphasis on avoiding excessive overtime. Permanent employees receive double time for Sundays worked.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Memphis, Tennessee.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $27.00/hr.
