Join our team as an Electromechanical Assembler, where you will work a 1st Shift schedule from 6am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday, on a 9/80 schedule. Be prepared to work overtime as needed. This role involves assembling reliable, low EMI tactical power systems for military applications.
ResponsibilitiesGain experience with circular connectors.Perform various types of soldering including surface mount, thru-hole, and hand-soldering.Consult the production schedule to prepare the work area and equipment.Gather components needed to meet production schedules.Set up equipment and solder components together.Complete projects by smoothing rough edges of products.Document production totals and any errors.Clean work area and equipment.Perform other related duties as assigned.Conduct 5% of work under a microscope.
Essential Skills3-5+ years of soldering experience, including SMT, thru-hole, and cable soldering.Experience with circular connector soldering.Previous certification or experience with J-STD-001 or IPC 610 standards.
Additional Skills & QualificationsProficiency in reading blueprints and schematics.Experience with wiring and electrical assembly.Familiarity with IPC 620 standards.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
