**Job Title: Electromechanical Assembler** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Electromechanical Assembler to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will efficiently deploy electro-mechanical and test equipment to assemble, wire, and test products, ensuring they meet customer expectations. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a deep working knowledge of electromechanical assembly processes. **Responsibilities** + Utilize all necessary tools to ensure quality parts are manufactured to customer expectations. + Assemble, wire, and test products using sheet metal prints, electrical schematics, and test procedures. + Make wiring connections and test components using hand tools, pneumatic tools, and electronic tools. + Route, connect, fasten, and secure wires according to diagrams or work instructions. + Move freely within the environment to maximize production flow and efficiency. + Work as a positive team member in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. + Read blueprints, wiring schematics, and work instructions effectively. + Maintain a clean and orderly work area, following industry best practices. + Notify the manager of any concerns or when help is needed. + Use appropriate tools and equipment necessary for the job, including inspection equipment. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency with hand and power tools. + Experience in mechanical and electrical assembly. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. + Strong eye and hand coordination with mechanical and electrical wiring abilities. + High School education or GED equivalent. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous assembly experience with reading electrical schematics. + Familiarity with inspection processes and systems controls. + Setup experience specific to department or equipment. + Effective communication skills (read, write, speak, listen). + Process and detail orientation. **Why Work Here?** Join a fast-paced, quality-oriented, and team-focused environment.
