**Job Title: Electromechanical Assembler** **Job Description** As an Electromechanical Assembler, you will be responsible for completing electro-mechanical assemblies including rails, brackets, panels, subassemblies, harnesses, cables, and all required point-to-point or hard wiring. Your tasks will include terminating various wires as per work order instructions, building wire harnesses, soldering connectors on wires, and staging components for required assemblies. **Responsibilities** + Complete electro-mechanical assemblies as per specifications. + Terminate various wires following work order instructions. + Build and assemble wire harnesses. + Solder connectors onto wires. + Stage components for required assemblies. + Assist in the maintenance of tools and equipment as needed. + Document the quantity tracking of components and final products for inventory purposes. + Maintain a clean and well-organized work area. + Lift and handle items up to 25 lbs as required. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in assembly, blueprint reading, and mechanical and schematic understanding. + Experience with mechanical and electronic assembly, including power tool usage. + Skill in soldering, electrical assembly, wiring, and working with circuit boards. + Ability to handle electrical wiring and wire harnessing. + Knowledge of crimping techniques. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Knowledge of hand tools used in electrical assembly production. **Why Work Here?** Join a team that values precision and craftsmanship, offering a supportive and collaborative environment where your skills can thrive.
