**Job Title: Electromechanical Assembler** **Job Description** Join our team as a Mechanical Assembly & Integration Technician, where you will be instrumental in the assembly and integration of advanced diagnostic equipment used in hospitals nationwide. This position involves hands-on work with precision tools to efficiently integrate sub-assemblies into chassis, following detailed Standard Operating Procedures. **Responsibilities** + Integrate and assemble machine components with precision and accuracy. + Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures with over 100 detailed steps. + Execute intricate wiring tasks involving over 500 cables and 900+ connections. + Align, calibrate, and test machine functionality during integration. + Maintain precise records and execute work orders efficiently. + Uphold Good Manufacturing Practices with a commitment to quality and safety. + Work independently and prioritize assignments effectively. + Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team environment. **Essential Skills** + Mechanical assembly and integration experience. + Proficiency in electronic and electrical assembly. + Experience with hand tools and power tools. + Ability to read and follow schematics. + Strong communication skills and teamwork. + Proactive approach to problem-solving. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High school diploma or equivalent required. + 1-4 years of relevant experience, preferably in a regulated industry (e.g., FDA, ISO). + Strong hand dexterity and precision in handling small parts. + Proficiency with Microsoft applications. + Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and perform prolonged standing, bending, and reaching. **Why Work Here?** Benefit from working in a state-of-the-art facility with paid holidays after 960 regular hours worked. Each individual will have their own workstation. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chaska, Minnesota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.87/hr.
