Job Description
The Electromechanical Assembler is responsible for assembling, installing, and troubleshooting electrical components into top assemblies according to engineering drawings, verbal directions, test procedures, and aerospace standards. The role supports the production of both new and repair products, maintaining the highest quality standards to FAA requirements and customer specifications.
ResponsibilitiesOperate required hand tools such as calibrated wire crimpers and strippers.Build according to drawings and schematics and operate fixtures and tooling as needed for electrical installation assignments.Support and practice continual improvement of the Quality Management System and adhere to AS9100 procedures.Work in a team-oriented environment and provide instruction and guidance to others as required.Observe and adhere to all safety procedures and regulations.Participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement efforts.Communicate work status to peers and supervision.Attend work regularly, 8 hours a day Monday through Friday, with potential overtime as scheduled.Practice good housekeeping habits.Perform other duties as assigned.Essential SkillsAbility to operate required hand tools such as calibrated wire crimpers and strippers.Proficiency in building according to drawings and schematics, and operating fixtures and tooling for electrical installation.Experience in reading and understanding aerospace electrical schematics.Additional Skills & QualificationsPreferred 3 years of experience in aerospace electrical schematics and use of required tools.Aircraft wire harness experience is preferred.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
