**Job Title: Electromechanical Assembler - 1st Shift** Job Description We are seeking a skilled Electromechanical Assembler for our first shift, operating Monday through Friday from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM. Additional hours, including weekends, may be required as needed. Responsibilities + Perform precise soldering, wiring, and crimping of relays, wires, connectors, and cables. + Read, interpret, and execute instructions and diagrams for the assembly of equipment and products. + Construct and test wire harness connections. + Use various hand tools and fixtures proficiently. + Conduct quality spot checks on products to ensure compliance with specified standards. + Promptly report any product inconsistencies or equipment malfunctions to supervisors. + Rework or repair assembled equipment and products according to engineering specifications. Essential Skills + Minimum 3 years of experience in electromechanical assembly. + Strong soldering skills, preferably with experience in J-STD-001 standards. + Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics or assembly drawings. + Familiarity with IPC-A-610 and IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards for electronic assemblies and wire harnesses. + Experience using tools such as crimping tools, soldering irons, and testing equipment. + Proficiency in all aspects of wire harnessing, crimping, assembly, and soldering. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Previous IPC certifications are advantageous. + Experience in crimping and stripping 22-24 AWG wires and inserting contacts. + Experience with electronic assemblies and quality control.
