ResponsibilitiesPerform soldering, wiring, and crimping tasks.Read, interpret, and execute instructions and diagrams for precise assembly of equipment and products.Construct and test wire harness connections.Utilize various hand tools and fixtures proficiently.Conduct quality spot checks to ensure adherence to specified standards.Report any product inconsistencies or equipment malfunctions to supervisors promptly.Rework or repair assembled equipment and products according to engineering specifications.Essential SkillsMinimum of 3 years of electromechanical assembly experience.Proficient in soldering, crimping, and stripping 22-24 AWG wires.Experience in inserting contacts and soldering at an electronics level, preferably with J-STD-001 standards.Familiarity with IPC-A-610 and IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards.Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics or assembly drawings.Experience using tools relevant to production processes, such as crimping tools, soldering irons, and testing equipment.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrevious IPC certifications are ideal.Proficiency in all aspects of wire harnessing, crimping, assembly, and soldering.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and wire schematics.Why Work Here?

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.
