Job Title: Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician to support the operation and upkeep of advanced manufacturing equipment used in the production of metal defense systems. This role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining both electrical and mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime in a high-security, precision-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC machines, hydraulic presses, robotic systems, and other metal fabrication equipment.Diagnose and repair electrical issues including motors, drives, PLCs, sensors, and control panels.Troubleshoot mechanical systems such as gearboxes, conveyors, pneumatic systems, and actuators.Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts usage, and equipment performance.Ensure compliance with safety protocols and defense industry standards.Support installation and commissioning of new equipment and upgrades.Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.Qualifications:3+ years of experience in a manufacturing.Strong knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical components, and industrial automation.Proficiency with diagnostic tools, multimeters, and PLC troubleshooting (preferred).Ability to work independently and respond to emergency maintenance needs.Familiarity with defense manufacturing standards and protocols (ITAR, ISO, etc.) is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $83200.00/yr.
