Job Description
This position requires a hands-on team player who will provide technical expertise for troubleshooting, repair, modification, and installation of production and building equipment. The technician will work closely with other team members to efficiently solve problems and reduce downtime, with the ultimate goal of improving processes and increasing overall production output.
ResponsibilitiesDiagnose, plan, and perform operations necessary to install, modify, troubleshoot, repair, overhaul, rebuild, and dismantle various types of complex manufacturing and support equipment.Focus on troubleshooting control systems, servo drives, motors, HMIs, and PLCs on complex equipment.Perform preventative maintenance and proactive activities to monitor and maintain equipment.Troubleshoot and repair Pneumatic Allen Bradley PLC systems, process controls, motors, and controls.Coordinate maintenance activities with other technicians, production supervisors, engineers, and company members.Coordinate with outside contractors and service vendors for technical assistance.Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive recommendations to implementation.Complete or assist other technicians or support special projects.Comply with all regulatory and safety policies.Essential SkillsElectrical troubleshootingPneumaticsHydraulicsMechanical repair and maintenancePreventive and corrective maintenanceBlueprint and schematic readingPLC troubleshooting3-phase electrical systemsAutomationMotor and conduit installationWeldingGearboxesConveyor system maintenanceAdditional Skills & QualificationsTechnical or AAS degree in Engineering, or equivalent experience5+ years of Electro/Mechanical experience in an automated manufacturing environmentExperience in troubleshooting and repair of Allen Bradley PLC systems and motorsCustomer-friendly, energetic, and highly organizedAbility to lift/move up to 50 lbsWhy Work Here?

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $72800.00/yr.
