Electro Mechanical Maintenance
**Job Title: Electro Mechanical Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Electro Mechanical Maintenance Technician to perform equipment repairs through troubleshooting and diagnosis, ensuring that defective components are adjusted and replaced efficiently to minimize downtime. You will be responsible for completing preventive maintenance requirements on various machines by following diagrams, manuals, and manufacturer instructions. **Responsibilities** + Perform equipment repairs through troubleshooting and diagnosis, and adjust and replace defective components efficiently. + Complete preventive maintenance on various machines following diagrams and manuals. + Utilize CMMS to complete scheduled and emergency work orders to maintain manufacturing line efficiencies. + Record data into MP2 as required. + Adjust functional parts of devices and control instruments using hand tools and other necessary tools. + Assist other mechanics in major repairs and learn diagnostics for repairs. + Generate paperwork for parts and work orders for service, including tracking defective parts. + Clean and replace different types of filters as needed. + Assist with building and grounds maintenance as required. + Inform supervisors about potential hazards and recommend corrective solutions. + Perform work in accordance with OHSA standards for general industry. + Stay updated on new technology, devices, and manufacturing processes. + Follow blueprints, install power supply wiring, and troubleshoot and perform safety control testing. + Attend company meetings as required, including safety and production meetings. + Timely inform supervision of any problems or complications that may arise. + Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required. + Adhere to company standards pertaining to the quantity and quality of work performed. + Follow all company safety policies, GMP regulations, and lock-out/tag-out requirements. + Be aware of food safety and safe food handling practices relevant to the job. **Essential Skills** + Proficient in electrical installations, maintenance, and repair. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Ability to work independently. + Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Gmail, and MP2. + Ability to operate industrial forklifts, equipment, or tools. + Flexible to work overtime, including weekends. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 5+ years of related experience as an electronics mechanic. + Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. + Knowledge of electrical tools and machines. + Working knowledge of PLC, VSD, and industrial controls. + Experience in a manufacturing environment. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a generous sign-on bonus with potential rewards for perfect attendance.
