Electro-Mechanical Assembly Lead - 1st Shift - $29/hr-$32/hr
Job Description
The Production Lead oversees daily manufacturing activities and ensures production goals are met safely and efficiently. The role includes managing workflow, performing electromechanical assembly, handling component receiving and labeling, troubleshooting issues, maintaining records, and supporting team training. The position works closely with engineering and quality teams to resolve technical problems and maintain build accuracy.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily workflow control, ensuring production output targets are met.Perform hands-on electromechanical assembly, including component integration, wiring, and mechanical fit-up.Read and understand system layouts, build sequences, and functional interactions.Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, perform corrective actions, and support equipment or build recovery.Maintain quality and compliance through basic inspections, documentation accuracy, and adherence to regulated processes.Delegate tasks, provide training, and support team performance.Conduct record-keeping and reporting, with a focus on assembly and production.Essential Skills
Experience in blueprint reading, mechanical and electronic assembly, and electromechanical assembly.Proficiency in production oversight and process improvement.Ability to use hand tools, schematics, and micrometers.Strong troubleshooting and servicing skills.Basic inspection and documentation skills.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Strong electromechanical assembly background.Systems-level understanding of assemblies and subassemblies.Experience working directly with engineering teams.Familiarity with medical device manufacturing is preferred.Ability to work in fast-paced environments.Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs.Comfortable around machinery, noise, and variable temperatures.Willingness to travel occasionally.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work in a small manufacturing environment within an ESD area, as the facility is completing its build-out. The standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $29.00 - $32.00/hr.
