We’re looking for an experienced Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technician to help build, test, and troubleshoot advanced medical devices in a clean, collaborative, and high-tech environment. **🔧What You’ll Do** In this dynamic role, you’ll be at the heart of our production process, working on complex assemblies that combine mechanical, electrical, and fluid systems. Your responsibilities will include: + Assembling, wiring, programming, and testing electro-mechanical systems and subassemblies. + Performing functional testing and troubleshooting with minimal supervision. + Diagnosing and repairing defective units using test results and root cause analysis. + Documenting discrepancies and maintaining accurate production records. + Collaborating with engineers and technicians to resolve production issues. + Participating in cross-training and becoming a go-to expert in multiple production areas. + Performing precision soldering (including through-hole and light SMT work). **🧠What You Bring** + 3+ years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly or technician roles. + Strong skills in soldering, blueprint reading, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical wiring. + Familiarity with electrical control systems, testing equipment, and mechanical tools. + Ability to interpret complex technical documentation (schematics, BOMs, diagrams). + Computer literacy (MS Office, basic PC skills). + IPC / J-STD certification is a plus. + Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety and quality. **💼Why You’ll Love Working Here** + Health & Dental Benefits starting on day one. + 3 weeks of PTO annually +2 weeks of sick time. + 401(k) match: 50% after 60 days (with a 6% employee contribution). + Annual bonus potential of 3%. + Work in a bright, temperature-controlled facility with high ceilings and modern workstations. + Be part of a tight-knit team of about 20 professionals who value independence and collaboration. **🏭Your Work Environment** You’ll be working in a spacious, well-lit production area designed for focus and efficiency.
