Electro‑Mechanical Assembler

Location: Bethlehem, PA

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Pay Rate: $17/hr and up (based on experience)

Job Description

A manufacturing facility in Bethlehem is seeking skilled and reliable Electro‑Mechanical Assemblers to support the production of electrical power equipment and related components. This role involves hands‑on assembly, wiring, mechanical fitting, and quality checks in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment. Candidates should have strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to follow technical instructions.

ResponsibilitiesAssemble electro‑mechanical components, panels, and sub‑assemblies according to blueprints, schematics, and work instructionsPerform wiring, crimping, stripping, and routing of electrical componentsUse hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices to complete assembly tasksInspect completed assemblies for accuracy, quality, and proper functionalityAssist with mechanical fitting, mounting hardware, and preparing units for final buildMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaReport defects, discrepancies, or equipment issues to supervisorsFollow all safety guidelines, production procedures, and quality standardsCollaborate with team members to meet daily production goalsRequirementsPrevious experience in electro‑mechanical assembly, electrical wiring, or manufacturing preferredAbility to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical instructionsComfortable using hand tools, power tools, and electrical assembly equipmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality workAbility to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as neededReliable attendance and strong work ethicWillingness to learn and adapt to production needs

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bethlehem, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
