Electro Mechanical **Sedona Staffing Services** 0 Positions ID: 52178295 Posted On 11/11/2025 Refreshed On 01/12/2026 **Job Overview** ELECTRO MECHANICAL 2ND SHIFT PLATTEVILLE WI AREA Responsibilities + Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electronic, pneumatic and hydraulic systems on production equipment. + Diagnose equipment failures, develop and follow up on corrective action procedures; troubleshoot machine-tool systems including controls. + Perform preventive maintenance, facility maintenance, and ensure planned upkeep of equipment to minimize downtime. + Read electrical and ladder diagrams, perform light fabrication/welding as needed, keep tools/work areas clean and organized. + Work collaboratively with Engineering, Maintenance and Production teams to maintain efficient operation. Qualifications / Requirements + High school diploma or GED (or equivalent). + Computer literate (MS Office experience preferred). + 2-5 years (or more) of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. + Proven ability to identify failures, troubleshoot complex machine tool systems (e.g., lathes, mills, drills, grinders, multi-spindle). + Effective verbal and written communication skills; ability to be a team player, work independently, handle multiple assignments simultaneously. + Safety mindset: ensure compliance with lock-out/tag-out, safe work practices and facility housekeeping.
