**Job Title: Electro-Mechanic (Conversions)** Job Description We are seeking a skilled Electro-Mechanic to join our team, responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electro-mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic production equipment. This role requires proficiency in working with 3 Phase motors, conveyors, presses, and limited PLC troubleshooting. The position is available for the 2nd shift on a 2-2-3 schedule, providing a flexible working environment. Responsibilities + Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electro-mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic production equipment. + Perform limited PLC troubleshooting and general maintenance tasks. + Conduct hydraulic and pneumatic repairs, including work on conveyors and other systems. Essential Skills + Associate's degree in maintenance or equivalent military experience REQUIRED. + 1-3 years of industrial maintenance experience. + Proficiency in both electrical and mechanical systems. + Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Work Environment You will be working in a large tile manufacturing facility with approximately 140 people on-site. The environment can be dusty due to tile dust, but it remains relatively clean. Some tasks require working at heights on tall equipment, including scaffolding. During the summer, it can be very hot around kilns and ovens. Steel-toed footwear is required, but shorts and cut-off t-shirts are permitted. This position is located on the Press Line, which is more mechanical and dusty compared to other lines. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lawrenceburg, Kentucky. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
