**Job Title: Journeyman Electrician** **Job Description** We are searching for a reliable and dedicated Electrical professional to maintain electrical systems in residential and commercial buildings. **Responsibilities** + Applying blueprints and technical diagrams to projects + Using various devices, including ammeters, voltmeters, thermal scanners, and cable testers, as well as hand and power tools + Installing or replacing wiring, lighting, electrical controls, breakers, and other electrical devices + Inspecting and maintaining electrical systems in homes and businesses + Adhering to state and local building regulations + Completing work orders on time + Documenting the work completed and materials used + Collaborating with other electricians, general contractors, architects, and team members + Other duties as assigned **Essential Skills** + 5+ years of experience in the field as an Electrician + Own set of hand tools; power tools will be provided + Exceptional communication and customer service skills + Strong understanding of wiring, circuits, and other electrical components + Ability to perform electrical tests, read results, and diagnose and repair electrical problems + Problem-solving and critical thinking skills + Effective time management + Strong work ethic + Understanding of local and national codes, regulations, and safety procedures + Ability to read blueprints and technical documents **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with Generator Installation is a plus! **Why Work Here?** Join a company that offers a low-stress environment, great company culture, and competitive benefits.
