Electrician Foreman
**Job Title: Electrician Foreman** **Job Description** Lead large commercial and industrial electrical projects valued at $100K or more. Oversee installation, safety, productivity, and crew development while acting as the on-site authority for planning, sequencing, and problem-solving. **Responsibilities** + Manage daily operations and ensure safety and quality standards. + Communicate professionally with customers, inspectors, vendors, and subcontractors. + Mentor apprentices and leads in troubleshooting and technical issues. + Drive project close-out, including punch lists, labeling, testing, and documentation. + Perform and oversee conduit installation, gear setting, panel wiring, service termination, EV infrastructure, and lighting upgrades. + Execute work according to NEC, company standards, and project specifications. + Read and interpret one-lines, electrical plans, and technical documents. **Essential Skills** + 3–5 years of electrical experience. + 3–5 years of commercial experience. + 3+ years of experience leading crews. + Proficiency in construction, installation, pulling wire, termination, and schematic interpretation. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Journeyman license preferred. + Indiana Electrical Master’s License preferred (not required). + Medium Voltage Experience. + OSHA 10/30 certification. + First Aid/CPR certification. + MEWP / Scissor lift / Cherry picker certifications. + Familiarity with Job Tread. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy standard federal holidays off and paid.
