Job Description
We are hiring a team of Mechanics & Junior Mechanics to join our team. You will be responsible for installing overhead conduit, bending pipe using a hand bender and table bender/cyclone bender, and troubleshooting panels. Your role will include pulling wire through conduit, installing conduit rack systems, and working with lighting systems, and completing electrical deck work.
Responsibilities
Install overhead conduit and bend pipe using a hand bender and table bender/cyclone bender.Troubleshoot electrical panels and pull wire through conduit.Deck WorkInstall conduit rack systems and work with lighting systems, including Lutron systems and overhead lighting packages.Rough in MC & BX cable, pull wire, and install conduit.Conduct switch gear and service work, including dressing panels and industrial electrical installations.Essential Skills
Proficiency in electrical work, conduit installation, and wiring.Ability to troubleshoot and read schematics and blueprints.Skill in pipe bending and conduit bending using both table and hand benders.Knowledge of switchgear installation and service work.Familiarity with the NEC and electrical codes.Additional Skills & Qualifications
OSHA 30 certification.SST 10 certification.Work Environment
Work across various commercial construction projects in the Bronx. The working hours are from 6:00 am to 3pm.

This is a Contract position based out of Bronx, New York.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $38.00/hr.
