Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team. This position is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in commercial buildings. The role requires ensuring all electrical work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes. The successful candidate will have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a project team.

Responsibilities

Install conduit, complex wiring systems, and lighting fixtures safely in commercial buildings.Coordinate with other trades to complete projects and work orders efficiently.Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications.Verify material and worker requirements to complete jobs.Ensure proper tools and materials are on site and inform supervisor if not.Analyze and plan installation and construction of equipment and structures.Locate, measure, and mark location and placement of fixtures, devices, and equipment.

Essential Skills

5+ years of commercial electrician experienceAbility to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specificationsKnowledge of common hazards and necessary safety precautionsCertified as an electricianOSHA 10

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in troubleshooting, conduit bending, and wiring installationExperience with both low and high voltage systemsAbility to train apprentices in construction methods and equipment operationCapability to recommend measures to improve production methods and efficiency

Work Environment

Work in commercial settings and travel up to a 1-hour radius of the shop in Greensburg, PA. Candidates must use their own transportation. Typical working hours are 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

This is a Permanent position based out of Monroeville, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $70720.00/yr.
