We are seeking an experienced electrician to lead a team in the hands-on electrical assembly, wiring, and installation of manufactured products. The successful candidate will actively participate in electrical work alongside their team and ensure that all assemblies meet engineering specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

ResponsibilitiesLead a team of electricians in electrical assembly, wiring, and installation.Perform electrical work alongside the team as needed.Assign daily work, monitor progress, and adjust priorities to meet production schedules.Read, interpret, and execute work from electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and bills of material.Ensure assemblies meet engineering specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.Troubleshoot electrical and assembly issues and provide technical guidance to team members.Perform inspections and functional testing of completed electrical assemblies.Enforce electrical safety practices and company policies.Coordinate with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to resolve design or build issues.Train and mentor electricians and assemblers; support onboarding and skill development.Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.Identify opportunities for process improvements and increased manufacturing efficiency.Essential SkillsElectrical, conduit, wiring, troubleshooting, schematic, blueprint experience.Experience running conduit, terminating wires, and routing wires.Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent electrical certification.5+ years of experience in electrical assembly or industrial/manufacturing electrical work.Strong ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.Working knowledge of NEC, electrical safety standards, and industrial best practices.Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrevious experience as a lead, senior electrician, or supervisor preferred.Hands-on leadership and team coordination.Strong communication and coaching skills.High attention to detail and commitment to build quality.Ability to manage workflow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools and test equipment.Basic computer skills for documentation and production tracking.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

You will work in a climate-controlled environment with operating hours from 6am to 4:30/6:30pm, Monday through Friday.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $83200.00 - $87360.00/yr.
