**Job Title: Electrician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician to join our team, specializing in new construction multi-family builds. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in new multi-family residential buildings. This role requires a thorough understanding of electrical systems, blueprints, and local building codes to ensure safe and efficient installations. **Responsibilities** + Perform rough-in electrical work on new residential homes from the ground up. + Read and interpret blueprints to execute rough-in and finish work, including installing fixtures and receptacles. + Conduct tests and inspections of electrical systems and equipment. + Troubleshoot electrical issues in a variety of work areas. + Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in new multi-family residential buildings. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an electrician, with a focus on new construction and multi-family residential projects. + Proficient in reading blueprints and technical diagrams. + Strong understanding of electrical systems and components. + Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Valid electrician's license and any other required certifications. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Completion of an electrician apprenticeship program preferred. + Experience with high voltage and low voltage systems. + Familiarity with various types of electrical materials and tools, including conduits, circuit breakers, and testing devices. + Ability to lift heavy objects, work in confined spaces, and perform tasks that require physical exertion. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. **Why Work Here?** Join a reputable company offering the opportunity to gain valuable experience, advancement opportunities, and additional training. Candidates will typically work on a team of up to 4 people with one Crew Leader. The role involves both commercial and residential projects, requiring the use of hand tools and mechanical aptitude. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Broomall, Pennsylvania. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.25 - $35.00/hr.
