Journeyman Industrial Electrician

Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Journeyman Electrician to support daily operations in our high-volume manufacturing facility. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient functioning of our electrical systems and machinery. Ideal candidates will have a strong experience in industrial environments and well-rounded mechanical aptitude to assist with cross-functional equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, modify, and maintain electrical systems and industrial machinery according to specifications and blueprintsPerform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to minimize equipment downtimeTroubleshoot and repair electrical malfunctions using tools, meters, and diagnosticsSupport production by ensuring electrical components align with manufacturing demandsAssist with mechanical repairs on equipment, including conveyors, motors, and pneumatic systemsAdhere strictly to National Electrical Code (NEC), OSHA guidelines, and company safety protocolsMaintain detailed logs of electrical and mechanical maintenance performedCollaborate closely with machine operators, maintenance technicians, and supervisors to address issues quicklyTrain and mentor junior electricians and technicians as needed

Qualifications & Skills:

Valid Journeyman Electrician License in the state of Delaware3+ years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing settingStrong understanding of electrical systems, mechanical components, and troubleshooting techniquesAbility to interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment manualsFamiliarity with PLCs, conduit bending, and industrial control panelsComfortable working around large machinery and fast-paced production linesStrong attention to detail, safety-conscious mindset, and effective communication skills

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $93600.00 - $104000.00/yr.

- Amazing 401(k) program. Company will match contributions up to 9%. Eligible to participate immediately after offer of employment
