**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled and licensed **Journeyman Electrician** to join a reputable and growing team in the Charleston, WV area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in residential, commercial, and/or industrial settings while ensuring compliance with local and national electrical codes. **Key Responsibilities:** + Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures + Inspect electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers + Identify electrical problems using testing devices + Read blueprints or technical diagrams + Follow state and local building regulations based on the National Electrical Code + Direct and train workers to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring or equipment + Ensure all work is performed safely and to code **Requirements:** + Valid **Journeyman Electrician License** (required) + Proven experience as an electrician in residential, commercial, or industrial environments + Strong understanding of electrical systems and safety procedures + Ability to read technical documents and blueprints + Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail + Reliable transportation and punctuality **Preferred Qualifications:** + OSHA 10 or 30 certification + Experience with HVAC systems or control wiring + Familiarity with local Charleston-area codes and regulations ManpowerGroup is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in a professional, high quality work environment.
