**Job Title: Electrician**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled electrician to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems while ensuring compliance with all electrical codes. The role involves conducting electrical inspections, responding to tenant requests and emergency work orders, performing generator testing, and maintaining safety systems. Additionally, you will assist with general building maintenance tasks.
**Responsibilities**
+ Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems.
+ Ensure compliance with electrical codes.
+ Conduct electrical inspections.
+ Respond to tenant requests and emergency work orders.
+ Perform generator testing.
+ Maintain safety systems.
+ Assist with general building maintenance.
**Essential Skills**
+ 2+ years of commercial electrical experience.
+ 2+ years of experience troubleshooting facilities electrical systems.
+ Strong communication and customer service skills.
+ Licensed electrician.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Journeyman status is a plus.

**Work Environment**
The work environment includes a manufacturing plant, museum, office building, and product development center. Standard hours are from 7 am to 3:30 pm, with some flexibility available.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract position based out of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $43.00/hr.
