Job Description
We are seeking an experienced electrician to join our team. The role involves wiring GFI, switches, lighting, wire molds, and performing residential apartment wiring and rough-ins. You will also be responsible for pulling wire through conduit and wiring bulbs and LEDs.
ResponsibilitiesWire GFI outlets, switches, lighting, and wire molds.Perform residential apartment wiring and rough-ins.Pull wire through conduit.Wire bulbs and LEDs.Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues.Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.Bend conduit and install electrical panels.Essential SkillsExtensive experience in wiring, troubleshooting, and electrical repairs.Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics.Ability to bend conduit and install electrical panels.8-10 years of experience in apartment fit-out and tenant improvements.Additional Skills & QualificationsOSHA 30 certification.SST 10 certification.Experience with low voltage installations.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The work schedule is from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm, focusing on NYCHA apartments' new construction as part of a tenant improvement program.

This is a Contract position based out of New York, New York.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.61 - $50.61/hr.
