**Job Title: Electrician** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated commercial electrician at the apprentice or journeyman level with experience in commercial and industrial settings. You will work on franchise projects including Chipotle, L.A. Fitness, Planet Fitness, Wawa, Aldi, and some industrial work. **Responsibilities** + Measure, cut, and bend wire and conduit using measuring instruments and hand tools. + Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment, ensuring parts and supplies are organized. + Perform laboring duties related to the installation, maintenance, and repair of various electrical systems and equipment. + Disassemble defective electrical equipment, replace defective or worn parts, and reassemble equipment using hand tools. + Prepare conduit ends, connect couplings, and fabricate and secure conduit support brackets using hand tools. + Examine electrical units for loose connections and broken insulation, tightening connections with hand tools. + Drill holes and pull or push wiring through openings using hand and power tools. + Clean work areas and wash parts as needed. + Dig trenches or holes for the installation of conduit or supports. + Strip insulation from wire ends using wire stripping pliers, and attach wires to terminals for subsequent soldering. + Trace out short circuits in wiring using a test meter. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in conduit bending and wiring. + Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems. + Experience in construction and blueprint reading. + Skills in running conduit, electrical wiring, pulling wire, and lighting installation. + Capability in rough-in wiring, lighting, receptacles, and underground work. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Familiarity with hand and power tools. + Understanding of low voltage repair and schematic interpretation. + Experience in commercial construction. **Why Work Here?** We offer comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, 401K, and a company car, ensuring a supportive work environment and opportunities for growth. **Work Environment** You will work in a commercial and industrial atmosphere with a team of seven, looking to expand field service electricians. The shift is from 7 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with 40 to 50 hours per week. Teams work in groups of two, and construction dress attire is provided. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
