**_INDUSTRIAL ELECTRICIAN - Contract to Hire - Start ASAP_** **Description** : If you have experience in industrial electrical work and are ready to start immediately, this role is perfect for you! A leading company in Blair, Nebraska is seeking skilled Industrial Electricians to join our team. You'll install, repair, and maintain industrial electrical components and equipment, ensuring system reliability and safety. The company is looking for electricians to start right away, so we will provide a quick interview process to get you started as soon as possible! Skills: + Electrical Installation, Repair, and Maintenance + Knowledge of Lighting Systems, Electrical Protective Devices, Motors, Inverters, and Soft Starts + Ability to Interpret Schematics and Perform Mathematical Calculations + Familiarity with Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Technologies + Basic Computer Literacy + Safe Electrical Test and Measurement Practices + Calibration and Documentation Skills for Flow, Level, Pressure, Temperature, and Analytical Instrumentation + Troubleshooting Process Control Loops + Experience with Terminating Motor Starters and Installing Raceway and Cable Trays + Adherence to NECA 101 Standards **Additional Skills & Qualifications:** + Experience with Instrumentation + Knowledge of Blueprint and Schematic Diagrams **Experience Level:** + 3+ years in industrial electrical work + Intermediate to Expert Level **Pay / Shift:** + $25-40/hr based on experience + Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday: 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM (four 10-hour shifts) **Work Environment:** + Not climate controlled; expect hot conditions in the summer and cold conditions in the winter + Working outdoors 20% of the time + Candidates must have steel toe boots **Why Work Here?** We offer a supportive and dynamic work environment where your skills and expertise will be valued.
