**Electrician / Tester**
**Job Description**
**I am looking for someone with testing experience. This person will likely have been through NFPA 70E safety training, great computer skills and can troubleshoot and diagnose the HVAC equipment** . As an Electrician, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems in large commercial or industrial projects. You will perform complex troubleshooting and diagnostics on electrical systems, ensuring all work is completed according to blueprints, specifications, and safety regulations. You will also coordinate with leadership, engineers, and other trades to ensure alignment with overall project goals, oversee and maintain inventory of electrical materials and tools, develop and implement safety procedures and protocols, and follow lean manufacturing guidelines to provide continuous improvement suggestions for gained efficiency.
**Responsibilities**
+ Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems in large commercial or industrial projects.
+ Perform complex troubleshooting and diagnostics on electrical systems, resolving issues in a timely manner.
+ Ensure electrical work is completed according to blueprints, specifications, and safety regulations.
+ Coordinate with leadership, engineers, and other trades to ensure electrical work aligns with overall goals.
+ Oversee and maintain inventory of electrical materials and tools, ensuring proper stock levels and availability.
+ Develop and implement safety procedures and protocols for electrical work to minimize risk.
+ Follow lean manufacturing guidelines, providing continuous improvement suggestions for gained efficiency.

+ 3+ years of experience in electrical installation and repair
+ Knowledge of electrical codes, safety regulations, and best practices
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
+ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
+ Good communication skills
+ Ability to work independently and in a team
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in electrical systems is preferred.

**Work Environment**
The work environment requires the ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, or crouch as required, and climb portable ladders. Use of Personal Protection Equipment will be required. The role requires good manual dexterity (hand, hand with arm, two hands) and multi-limb coordination.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $34.00/hr.
