**Job Title: Electrical Tester** **Job Description** As an Electrical Tester, you will perform a variety of electrical and mechanical tests, including but not limited to partial discharge (PD) testing, capacitance, resistance, and current output. You will visually inspect products prior to testing to ensure they meet standards, inspect testing equipment for proper operation, and prepare products by safely making the necessary connections. You will also be responsible for separating non-conforming parts, documenting actions by completing production and quality forms, maintaining a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations, conserving resources by using equipment and supplies as needed, and contributing to team efforts by training others in testing tasks as needed. Each shift includes 12 machine operators, 6 assemblers, and 4 employees handling general duties. Training is conducted during day shifts from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, potentially for a few months, before transitioning to afternoon shifts from 3:30 pm to 12:00 am.
