We are seeking an experienced Test Technician to support electrical and mechanical testing for production and prototype equipment. This role is critical to ensuring product reliability, accuracy, and compliance with engineering and safety standards.
ResponsibilitiesTest, troubleshoot, and document wiring and functional issues using schematics and test proceduresSupport prototype testing and collaborate with engineering on design and nonconformance correctionsProgram and test PLCs and set up electronic components and protective circuitsBuild test simulations and assist in training new testersPerform final inspections on all tested units and maintain a safe, compliant work environmentRequired SkillsAbility to read blueprints and perform mechanical assemblyStrong troubleshooting skills across electrical, electronic, and mechanical systemsExperience with schematics, multimeters, calibration, wiring, and test equipmentAbility to work safely with 480V circuits and PLC systemsProficiency with hand tools and inspection toolsPreferred Qualifications2+ years of electrical/electronics experienceKnowledge of electrical principles, power management, and complex circuit schematicsExperience with PLC interfaces, programming, or networkingFamiliarity with LO/TO and OSHA electrical safety standardsWhy Join Us
