The Electrical Test Engineer is responsible for supporting manufacturing operations through the design, build, maintenance, and improvement of electrical test fixtures. This role focuses on troubleshooting electrical systems to the component level and improving test efficiency, reliability, and repeatability in a production environment. The position works independently while collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams. ResponsibilitiesBuild, assemble, validate, and maintain production electrical test fixturesTroubleshoot and repair electrical test fixtures and related components to the component levelRepair and rework wire harnesses and electrical assemblies used in testingDiagnose electrical failures using schematics, drawings, and test documentation Qualifications and RequirementsStrong hands-on electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skillsSolid understanding of AC and DC electrical theoryExperience using electronic test equipment such as digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, and function generatorsAbility to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentationStrong verbal and written communication skillsEducation and ExperienceHigh school diploma with 1–3 years of relevant experience, or associate degree or technical school certification with 6+ months of relevant experienceYour New Organization
